Dynamic calculation of HP. Level multiplied by ability modifier

So in pathfinder (and several other rulesets) your hit points is based off something dynamic (level x con modifier in pathfinder) + static number (rolled hit points)
The modifier should be changable to another stat, undead uses charisma for example. This will make rage, constitution buffs, level buffs and several other buffs/debuffs easier.
Also, we need an effect that modifies max HP.
